Great staff and all you can eat brekkie
Very professional, staff were extremely helpful. Really loved the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Room was clean and comfortable.
Shower head was broken and we booked a double bed but when arrived were told none available. Had to take two twin beds put together

Good hotel close to central Seminyak and the beach
The room was very nice and clean. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very enticing. Very close to the beach. There is also a nice little warung next door, so it's handy for a quick meal.
There was nowhere to hang up our wet swimming stuff. We asked to be given a wake up call on our last day so we could get to the airport on time but nobody rang in the morning. It's a good job we didn't rely on that call too much, otherwise we would have missed our flight.

The 12pm check out
Booked a standard room for one night and was told we were 'upgraded' to a pool view room. As we entered the room it had a musty smell to it, definitely from the lack of ventilation. Bed was okay, room quite small. Sliding door opens up to the pool area that looks great on the website but not so much in person. Went to have a shower and the plastic section of the shower head popped off the metal cover. Maintenance had to replace it completely, looked like they paid for the cheapest shower head they could find instead of paying for quality. Had dinner at their restaurant and ordered pancakes, possibly the worst pancakes I have ever eaten. One staff member who had served us actually sat down with us and didn't leave the table until he saw his boss enter the restaurant. Although the hotel is still relatively new at 2 years old, it looks worn out and tired, in desperate need of fresh paint and more attention to detail. In the pool area you can see the dirt along the walls to the rooms which is quite off putting.
